Bonsoir,

Lors de cette soirée, j'ai été trop confiante dans mon utilisation d'internet et je me suis retrouvée avec plusieurs soucis et pas des moindres.
1ere erreur, j'ai télécharger un programme via telecharger.com (je sais maintenant que ce n'est pas un bon site) et me suis retrouvée malgré moi avec une barre dans mon navigateur.

D'autre pars, et c'est là que ça se gâte; plus tard dans la soirée, un site m'a proposé de mettre à jour adobe flash player. J'ai donc cliqué sur le lien. Mais finalement je sentais le truc louche, alors je ne suis pas allée jusqu'à la fin des instructions d'installation, et j'ai tout annulé. Pourtant, j'ai tout de suite eu ce fameux optimizer pro qui s'est mis en route et il me trouvait de plus en plus d'anomalies. Avast s'affolait également en trouvant des programmes malveillants.
J'ai pris peur (je suis nulle en informatique) et j'ai fait une chose pas très recommandée : J'ai forcé l'arrêt de mon ordinateur en appuyant longtemps sur le bouton démarrer. Oui, j'ai fait l'autruche en enfouissant ma tête dans le sable !!! J'ai cru qu'on s'était introduit dans mon système.

Pour essayer d'être brève, voilà les différentes choses que j'ai fait ce soir :
- J'ai supprimé les programmes installés du jour.
- J'ai tenté une restauration système au dernier point proposé (10 jours auparavant). A la fin, un message disait en gros que ça n'avait pas fonctionné et qu' il fallait que je désactive mon antivirus. J'aurai bien aimé faire une restauration d'usine, mais je n'ai aucun CD ou clé USB.
- Ne pouvant pas faire de restauration usine, mais ne pouvant pas rester les bras croisé, j'ai scanné l'ordi avec Avast. Il m'a trouvé 4 malveillants. J'ai demandé à ce qu'il les supprime et à ce qu'il fasse un scan au démarrage. Il me retrouve les malveillants, je les supprime au fur et à mesure. Je ne crois pas que ça fonctionne, mais ce n'est pas fini. Voilà où j'en suis cette nuit.

Quelqu'un pourrait-il me consacrer de son temps demain pour me sortir de ce problème?
A savoir que je n'ai pas de fichiers précieux sur l'ordi donc si je dois les perdre ce n'est pas si grave.

    Hello ,

    # Télécharge AdwCleaner par Xplode sur ton bureau.
    # Exécute AdwCleaner.exe.

    # Fais clic droit dessus, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur sous Windows : 7/8 et Vista
    # Choisi l'option Scanner
    # Choisi l'option Nettoyer
    # Accepte l'avertissement en cliquant sur OK



    # Une fois le scan fini, un rapport s'ouvrira. Poste son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.
    # Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

    Tout d'abord merci El Desaparecido pour ton aide.

    Voici le rapport obtenu par AdwCleaner après redémarrage du PC :
    (1ère chose que je remarque, je n'ai plus la barre mysearchdial dans le navigateur. Sinon 2 fichiers optimizer pro sont encore présents quand je fais une recherche de programme et fichier).

      Ou pour faire beaucoup plus simple, tu élimines le riskware que optimizer pro garde en lui ( limite pour ce protéger ) et ensuite tu le désinstalle.

    Ouais, c'est une nouvelle version de malwarebyte's, ils leur reste des réglages à faire mais ça n'empêche pas d'obtenir de bon résultat de détections ;)

    Télécharge OTL de Old_Timer et enregistre le sur le Bureau
    Ferme toutes les autres fenêtres et double-clique sur OTL.exe
    Sous Vista et Windows 7, il faut lancer le fichier par clic-droit-> Exécuter en tant qu'adminsitrateur.
    Vérifie que les cases Tous les utilisateurs, Recherche Lop et Recherche Purity] soient cochées.
    Dans le cadre Personnalisation, copie-colle l'intégralité de ce qui suit :

    Que penses-tu des rapports depuis le début? Sont-ils encourageants sur la bonne santé à venir de mon ordinateur?

    Sous Google Chrome ? Si oui, c'est normal et on va corriger.

    Relance OTL.
    Sous Persfonnalisation (Custom Scan), copie-colle le contenu du cadre ci dessous (bien prendre :OTL en début).
    Clic Correction (Fix), un rapport apparraitra, copie/colle le contenu ici:

    Voilà qui me rassure un peu. Quand on ne s'y connais pas, on se sent vite vulnérable et catastrophé par ce qui nous arrive !!!

    Voilà le rapport. Je suis ennuyée par ce qui est trouvé tout de même.

    Je ne sais pas si c'est normal, mais en faisant une simple recherche dans le menu démarrer (recherche de programmes et fichiers), je trouve 1 dossier nommé Mysearchdial. Peut être est ce que la majuscule joue sur le résultat via SEAF?
    Et pour Optimizer pro (toujours dans le menu démarrer), je trouve 2 dossiers et 1 fichier en .vir

    Pour Google chrome , réinitialise le : https://www.malekal.com/reparer-google-chrome/?t=35837&start=

    Si toujours soucis après la réinitialisation de Chrome dis le moi sinon on finalisera

    Alors, je n'ai à priori plus de problème, je ne vois plus apparaître mysearchdial dans les paramètres et quand j'effectue une recherche, je tombe sur google.

    En ce qui concerne les dossiers optimizer, est ce que je peux m'en débarrasser même s'ils ne sont pas dangereux, ou vaut-il mieux ne pas y toucher? (est ce que par hasard c'est la mise en quarantaine par avast qui a fait ça?)

    As-tu des conseils hormis celui de télécharger les fichiers à partir du site officiel? Puis-je faire des recherches régulièrement et facilement de ces programmes nuisibles et les mettre en quarantaine, comme le ferai avast?

    Désolée pour toutes ces questions et merci pour ton aide très précieuse qui a permis à une débutante comme moi, de réussir avec succès à me débarrasser de ces problèmes.

    Les traces de optimizer, on va les virer car je sens que ça te perturbe :)
    Pour cela :

    # Télécharge OTM de OldTimer sur ton bureau.

    # Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.
    # Sous Vista/Seven/8 , clic droit -> lancer en tant qu'administrateur
    # Copie la liste ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTM sous Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved.

    Pour supprimer les outils de désinfections utilisés :

    Télécharges DelFix par Xplode sur ton Bureau.

    Lance DelFix, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur sous Windows : 7/8 et Vista
    Coche les cases suivantes :

    Supprimer les outils de désinfection
    Purger la restauration système

    Le meilleur conseille que je peux te donner, c'est quand tu installes un nouveau logiciel, prend le temps de lire les conditions d'utilisation et de décocher si nécessaire les programmes annexes parfois proposés lors de l'installation.
    Ne pas cliquez sur "Suivant" sans prendre le temps ..

    Voilà le rapport de TOM OldTimer. Il n'y a pas eu besoin de redémarrer.

    Merci pour le conseil. Il est simple mais je pense effectivement que je n'ai pas été assez prudente. Je n'ai pourtant pas vu de cases à décocher... Mais j'ai surement été trop vite. Je ne sais pas si les "problèmes" ce sont multipliés ces dernières années, mais je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problème avec mon autre PC qui avait les mêmes outils et logiciels.
    Patience est maître mot donc. D'autant qu'en ne lisant pas correctement, je t'ai fait perdre ton temps et le miens par la même occasion et je me suis occasionné un stress inutile.
