I would not recommend Mobistoxx at all, even to my worst enemy, because they are not serious at all; they have no respect for their customers, they couldn't care less. Whether you are satisfied or not: THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS!!!!!!! They apparently don't need customers.
Disgusted is a weak word to describe how I feel; when you have them on the phone, they insist that you are responsible, that you didn't pay attention to the deadlines they told you, even though they send you an email providing the day, date, and time (the time slot) when your package will be delivered.

Upon receipt, there was no hardware inside the package; I sent a complaint email. Three days later, I received a package and, oh surprise, 3 bolts and about ten screws?? It's impossible to assemble my table because it has 3 tops

They do not provide any information in the assembly instructions; I have followed them meticulously and used appropriate fixings.

Their customer service is bad faith and does not offer any solutions, and they excel at pretending not to understand the explanations in an attempt to blame you.

If you have children, be aware that this is extremely DANGEROUS; all it takes is for them to bump into it, and everything will fall on their heads.

Nothing is designed to be fixed and secure, but simply placed on top like a frame.

The width of the upper cabinets of the BABEL furniture is also much narrower than the photos; be careful, this is misleading.

In short, in addition to being dangerous for your family, deceptive in the photos, and of very poor quality, customer service is unpleasant and finds no solutions, not even minor ones.

I recently ordered a TV stand, a coffee table, a buffet from the Gossip collection, and a sofa.
I was very disappointed with the first delivery (buffet, coffee table, and TV stand). The delivery people were unfriendly and the packaging was in poor condition.
As a result, there were damage to the main pieces on the buffet.
I contacted customer service, which was fine so far.
However, I have been waiting for a month for the parts to be delivered, which will come a month later. So my furniture is not assembled.
Second problem: I also ordered a rug that was not received with the furniture.

Hello, I've been waiting for a bed base delivery for almost a month.
They trust the worst carrier that exists (easy to find online unfortunately...), Mondial Relay.
After a first failed attempt with a delivery that was indefinitely stalled, they promised me a follow-up with a new shipment, and a few days later, here we go again: the delivery never goes beyond the carrier's Hub.
So far, no investigation has been launched despite my messages.
