I have a recurring problem in After Effects; sometimes when I import a video, this message appears: "Audio conformity failed blablabla..." and it becomes very bothersome. Can you help me?

Hello,
that means that your video or the audio of the video is in a format that AE does not recognize. Are you still able to play the video? If not, the procedure would be to separate the video from the audio (using Adobe Premiere, for example), then convert your audio to either mp3 or AAC or even AIFF, and then re-import everything into AF... -
