Hello,
I'm looking for a driver for Windows 7 64-bit for a Dell Vostro V131. I believe I have retrieved all the available drivers from Dell's support site.
However, I still have an unknown device in the device manager list. Here is the device identification number: USB\VID_138A&PID_0011&REV_0078 and USB\VID_138A&PID_0011.
Do you have any idea?

Hello,
Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits
Download this driver --> Finger Printer
and place it in your documents.
Right-click on --> R305727.exe
Choose --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to R305727
Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the device in question
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Browse
Go to your documents
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> R305727
Select the folder --> Driver
Next, etc...
Restart

Download this driver --> Finger Printer
and place it in your documents.
Right-click on --> R305727.exe
Choose --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to R305727
Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the device in question
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Browse
Go to your documents
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> R305727
Select the folder --> Driver
Next, etc...
Restart
