Payment FREE at 2 euros? card issue .....

Hello,

I want to take out a FREE Mobile subscription for 2 euros, but they require an initial payment by credit card and my payment is consistently refused due to "authentication impossible." My direct debit account is with one bank while my card is with another bank. Could that be the reason? This is the 4th time I’ve tried!!!!
My card details are correct because I made a purchase afterward and it worked.

    Hello. Is your card a Visa or Mastercard?
    Otherwise ask someone for one that you will pay back

    If I were you, I would contact the bank (the one that issues your card). Some options prevent online payments; maybe you have one of those options activated?

    A Matrix: He just said that he has a free account associated with one bank and a card from another bank.
    But I don't understand why you're so insistent on associating your card with your free account? Either you misspoke or it doesn't make sense; in either case, you have the solution!

    Hello,
    the Electron and Maestro cards are not compatible with Free mobile payment.
