Display Aquos bar on my Sharp TV

Hello,
I just bought a Sharp television and regularly a banner for Aquos Net+ appears at the bottom of the screen. I remove it by pressing End on the remote control, but it comes back a minute later. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? There's a match tonight and I would like to watch it without the banner :-)

    Hello,

    Yes, I found it.
    You need to reset the television to Home Mode and not Store.
    I ended up calling Sharp support because I was stuck with the parental code that my father hadn't noted down (super fast and efficient support).
