When I turned on my PC, Google Chrome had disappeared. I restarted several times which didn't help, but it is still installed in the control panel, etc. I don't know if uninstalling and reinstalling would do anything, can you please help me?

Hum... He disappeared... The icon? If that's the case, if you have:
- Windows XP, go to My Computer, Local Disk C:\, then to Program Files and finally check if Google Chrome, which is a folder, is there. If it's not there, it is no longer installed. If it is there, go inside and look for your icon by searching a bit. Once you find it, right-click and select Send To -> Desktop (create a shortcut).
- Windows Vista, 7, and 8: Same thing except you need to replace My Computer with Computer.
In any case, to access My Computer or Computer, you can do so by using the shortcut Start (key with the small flag) + the letter E, all at the same time.
There you go ;)
