Bo2 pc issues

Good evening, I have a problem since a little while ago, so the game won't launch the multiplayer mode and the zombie mode o_O I've tried changing the time zone and the date and time but nothing works!!! So I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone and how to solve this problem considering that the game was working perfectly before!!! Is it possible that the recent Steam update is the cause? This is a purchased and NOT cracked game!!!!!! And finally, here is the error message that it displays in a console: "Error during initialization: Unhandled exception caught", thank you for your responses.
