So, the Nuke is in MW2; you need to get 25 kills in a row (if I remember correctly), and you unlock a nuclear bomb that kills all players (including yourself) and ends the match. Killstreaks count towards unlocking it.
For the MOAB, it's in MW3; you need to get 25 kills in a row, and you unlock a nuclear bomb that kills all the enemies, and the match continues with an EMP effect on the enemies.
In Black Ops 2, there is no MOAB or Nuke; there is a "Nuclear" that you can unlock by getting 30 kills in a row, and you just earn a "Nuclear" medal, like if you were getting a Bloodthirsty. You do not unlock a nuclear bomb or anything like that. However, you do unlock a title.
(I'm not sure if killstreaks count towards the Nuclear in Black Ops 2).
