Unable to uninstall Ciel Paye

Hello,
I am working with the Ciel Paye 2011 software (17.0). A few months ago, I accidentally deleted the viewer and therefore I could not preview the payslips.
I made a backup.
I installed Ciel Paye 2010 (16.0), but when I tried to open the software: Impossible.
Here is the error message: "Error: Damaged application Message: ***CONFIG ERROR 3*** Source file: CamConfig.cpp(741)
So I tried to uninstall both versions, but it's impossible.
I can no longer use Ciel Paye.
Can anyone help me?

I also have a big problem with Ciel Paye, sorry -
My problem is solved thanks to Revo Uninstaller that I downloaded here: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/19405-revo-uninstaller/
