Random selection for car radio

Hello everyone,

I bought a USB drive to store all my music to listen to in my car. However, I have over 6000 tracks on it, and in the end, I always hear the same ones that are listed at the beginning, and I'm tired of having all the songs of the same artist in a row. My car radio doesn't have a shuffle option.

Does anyone have a solution to play my music randomly? Even just a software to automatically add random numbers before each song name? (In this case, they will always play in the same order, but at least I won't have all the songs of one artist in a row ^^)

Thank you very much for your replies.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

    Hi

on your computer, open a new folder and copy/paste all the songs you want, putting them one after the other, then close your new folder and reopen it. This way, "if you're adding albums," all the tracks will be in random order.

For example: all track 1s will be first, all track 2s will be second, and so on for all the albums; all the tracks will be mixed up.

Then you copy/paste the entire list onto your USB drive. After that, it all depends on how the car radio reads the tracks.

But like Kevin14789 asked, please provide the model of the car radio.
