It is my user account, when I fill out my profile and validate it, this is the error message I receive: "the referenced account is currently locked and it may not be possible to connect to it.

This message only appears on computers connected to the network. If this is the case, contact your administrator, who will check the synchronization between the domains they have in their network. If you are the admin of your network, follow these procedures to resolve your issue:
Log in to the domain using an account that has administrative privileges.
In the Server Manager, click on the name of the BDC in the computer area.
In the computer menu, click on Sync with the domain master controller title, then click Yes to confirm synchronization.
In the Event Viewer, check the system log in the Event Viewer to ensure that the synchronization was successful.
