Problem with Video DownloadHelper

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Video DownloadHelper.
I used it for the past three weeks, everything was fine.

Yesterday it suddenly stopped working while I was downloading a video from YouTube.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled: no improvement. The download starts but stops immediately, leaving me with a 0-byte video.

I uninstalled it a second time. I updated Mozilla Firefox and then reinstalled Video DownloadHelper.

Only this time the editor page (of Video DownloadHelper) no longer opens when restarting Firefox and the Video DownloadHelper icon no longer appears. So it’s impossible to use.

Does anyone know why?

    The DownloadHelper icon isn’t showing!! probably the extension isn’t enabled in Mozilla Firefox

    so to fix your problem
    firefox --> Add-ons --> Extensions --> enable DownloadHelper
