The Walking Dead black screen issue

Hi everyone, I have a problem when I launch The Walking Dead, I get a black screen but I can still hear the sound.

Edit: I also tried The Wolf Among Us and it’s the same problem, so Telltale games. Coincidence?

I managed to fix the problem by changing the game's resolution XD .

Hi, I have the same problem you encountered in the game.
How should I proceed to change the resolution?
The game is installed on my tablet.
