Checkboxes that won't check...

Hello,
I just created a form from an incomplete table.
I want to complete my table from my form, and I have checkboxes.
In this form, I have names that I sourced from my table, and for my checkboxes, I selected "yes/no" data types.
When I try to complete my form, I can't check the boxes. It seems to be blocking... Is it because I included the names of the people?

Thank you for your responses

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 26.0

Hello,
"names that I derived from my table" what does that mean?
Normally, in your table you have a "name" field and a "xx" checkbox field, so when you open your form in continuous mode, the name field displays all the names from your table, and next to it the checkbox (which corresponds to what actually?).

Hello,
Thank you for your response.

My name field corresponds to the surnames on my list.
Let me explain: I have students' names, and I would like to check for each student whether or not they have obtained their diploma. For this, I created a form where I have the child's name, and the box that I need to check or not.
But now, when I want to check it, it doesn't work, I can't do it...

I hope I was clearer...

Attention, the checkbox must be a field in your table!
In your form, whether it is continuous or unique, you need to have this checkbox next to each name, and if it is not selectable, maybe it is not activated? Or perhaps the query is linked with multiple tables?

Indeed, I had linked several tables on the same form... apparently, we can't do that!
Thank you for your explanations!
