Hello,
I have a keyboard issue that is no longer recognized. It's not the keyboard; I changed it, and it's the same: in hardware or in device manager, the keyboard doesn't appear when I turn on my PC, even before loading Windows, the keyboard doesn't light up ?? Is it a virus? Do you know what I can do? Thank you for your help.

Hi, have you tried the hardware addition assistant?
Otherwise, download Everest:
everest
go to devices/input and see if you can find the mouse and keyboard.
