Cpl and surge protector

Hello, I wanted to install powerline adapters in my house, but I wanted to know if we could plug the powerline adapter into a surge protector (the surge protector plugs into the socket)! Some people say it could block the signal, etc... so if you could help me out^^

You need to use surge protector plugs that are compatible with PLC.

I looked for single plugs (one socket), but I only found power strips.
