Si tu as windows professionnelle ou intégrale, Tu peux installer la langue arabe en installant LIP for windows (Language Interface Pack)

Sinon il faut installer Windows 7 SP1 MUI et tu télécharge la pack pour la langue arabe, tu redémarre le pc est c'est fait.
