Hello,
Hello, Following the VAT change, we are unable to configure the new one on the Casio QT6000 cash register.
The technical support is asking us for an outrageous amount for a simple manipulation.
The manual being in English, I'm also struggling with it.
I need help, thank you in advance if anyone knows the detailed procedure.

This is not the right forum for your question. In fact, there are no forums dedicated to cash registers here.

That said, since you will be performing administrative actions on your equipment, if you make a handling error and it crashes your system, you could end up paying more in the end, not to mention that the cash register being blocked could also harm your business.
