My simple goal is to be able to type my letters without problems and no longer see the phrase: "the requested operation requires an evaluation." I wonder where it comes from and I want to fix it.

I don't claim to provide a solution, but like Froulik, I don't understand your intentions.

The command prompt opens what is called a console, intended to use the "command line" mode and not the graphical interface, for system repairs or checks.

However, you are talking about typing texts, which is done either by using a text editor like WordPad or Notepad on Windows, or a word processor (Word, LibreOffice, etc.)

It may be that administrator mode, meaning the ability given to the main user of the computer to install programs and change settings, is required for security reasons, hence the request for elevation from guest status to administrator status.

If you are not using the console, you should not be asked for this elevation (except for the need to install or access other system utilities).

So two requests for clarification,

1) are you a casual or "secondary" user of this PC, if you did not install the system or set it up after purchase?

2) do you need to open the console and what software do you use to write your texts?
