Impossible D'accéder à mon Pc

Bonjour, Merci de lire ce post. Je vous explique depuis le début.

J'ai voulu réinitialiser mon Windows 7 il a 2 jours avec CD.
Je mes mon CD, il ce lance normalement, j'ai "Windows is loging files..." le chargement fini.
J'ai donc je doit choisir ma langue : Français.
Je fait suivant, Il demande de sélectionnez l'élément à installer. je choisie "Français (Windows 7)
Donc encore suivant, "AVERTISSEMENT : Votre DD va être totalement effacé, Voulez vous continuer ?", je fait "OK"
Il m'envoi sur un CMD.EXE avec ecrit

Et un autre CMD s'afiche !

J'ai attendu 10 Minutes sans aucun résultat donc je les redémarrer et refait cette manip 2 a 3 fois. J'ai regarder plein de forum sans resultat.
J'ai donc essayer de réinstaller un autre system d'instalation trouveer sur internet (2different) je les ai mis sur une Clés USB. J'ai lancer mon pc avec la USB, il mon ecrit "A Disk read error occurred Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart"
J'ai Graver un CD Et il m'écrit "Bootmgr is missing CTRL+ALT+DEL to restat"

Je suis sur un Windwis 7 Satellite C650
