Jagged lines - Wacom Intuos 5L

Hello,

I recently received a Wacom Intuos 5L tablet, but I'm having a big issue with it; my strokes are choppy (like stair steps?!) when I draw with it. I've tried changing brush types and nib types, but nothing works; the strokes still look ugly.
Does anyone know how I can achieve smoother strokes?

    Download and install the latest drivers for the tablet; this should resolve the problem. You can find them directly on the WACOM website.
