Hello everyone,

Here I am writing to you because I have a problem I can't solve. I visited many sites but nothing works.

My problem is that there is only one site that I can't access. I have internet access, I can browse all web pages except this one, even though I need it for my professional work (it's a platform that gives me access to my business management data).

I tried on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox, and the same message always appears: Web page inaccessible. I changed the display settings as the online software support service suggested, and it worked for one day. The next day, again, web page inaccessible.

When I go to my colleagues' workstation, there is no problem, the page loads.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello

Do you open your page via a link, a shortcut, or your favorites...?

    - If possible, when you have access to this page... recreate your shortcuts.

    - Clean the cookies with Ccleaner.

    - Use the F5 key to refresh your page.

Actually, I have a shortcut that doesn't work anymore, so I typed the address directly in the bar but I still get the same error message.
I haven't tried the cookies, I'll keep you posted. Thanks for these instructions

When I click on your link, it also shows "web page inaccessible," even after removing the word "index" at the end... I took a screenshot but I don’t know how to insert it into the body of the email.

I assure you that yes, I have access from other computers. In fact, I’m forced to work from a colleague’s computer.

It is visible if you remove the word "index" from the address...
      Your shortcut is simply wrong!

How to explain then that this is the address used on other computers and that it is also the address transmitted by phone when I contacted the software support service?
Furthermore, I have been using this link for 3 months without any problem...
