Hello,
how to fix the error code c6400 on the Kyocera photocopier 

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 14.0.1

    Hello, error C6400 appears on Kyocera FS118 when the zero signal is not received. The motor PTB does not send the zero crossing signal. This can occur due to -

    - Poor contact in the connection terminals.
    - Faulty power PTB. # 3 faulty motor PTB.

    So if it is under warranty, it's the after-sales service...
