Hello,

I tried to install my karaoke but none of my microphones are working, nor is the sound adjustment on the device. The DVD works but even without connecting the karaoke, I need help, thanks.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

    Microphones connect to the front panel
    to connect to a TV, use the rear port, which is the one furthest to the right
    the two others right next to it are for sound, so you can connect either to the TV or to another audio device (stereo, home theater...)
    the three other ports on the left, the first two are for "in" sound
    and the yellow port is for a DVD player, and we are still in "in"

      I did what I was supposed to do but there’s no result; the microphones aren’t producing any sound and none of the settings on the device for sound are effective.

      At the back, you have a button labeled "on & off." Toggle it back and forth between the two positions, then set it to "off."
      On the front button, it’s the one that says "power."
      Does it work now? Or is it the same?

      Thank you, but I've packed everything up and I'm going to exchange it tomorrow and restart the installation.
      It's annoying, the power light was definitely green.

      I saw on the forums that quite a few people had issues, do you have the same one? Is it working well?

      I tried on one of my TVs, on the other one I can't, there's only one SCART socket connected to my DVD and no yellow socket for video
      so it's not possible to connect the adapter since there's only one SCART socket.
