Hello,
I recently purchased a pen that acts as a hidden camera, in other words, a so-called spy camera.
However, I have a problem: the device is not recognized by Windows 7 and no drivers are provided, because it's supposedly plug-and-play...
After a lot of searching on the web, I can't seem to find any drivers that would do the trick!
Ultimately, I just need to be able to transfer the content of the internal Mini-SD card from the pen to my computer!
Does anyone have a solution to propose, or directly a compatible driver?
Here’s what Windows indicates in the properties of the unrecognized device: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
NOTE that the device apparently has no brand that I could contact to find my happiness. Probably made in China again! ><
Best regards, thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 31.0.1650.63

For spy cameras, you have this nice one on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B01IRCG06U/
It's on the higher end of the price range, but I've used it myself and the quality is perfect. -
Hi,
Have you tried connecting your pen via USB, and then going to https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29?
You click on start detection, install the plugin, restart your browser, go back to the page above, and start the detection to see if it finds a driver for you.
Otherwise, do you have the link to the site where you bought your pen?

Hello,
yes, I have already tried TLD, it doesn't find anything.
I purchased the pen on Cdiscount, I have also contacted customer service, but for now, the problem is not resolved.
Sincerely.

Yes, I have the reader but no drivers, but in the end, I find it quite logical that there is no specific driver, since the pen only serves as an adapter to read the micro-SD card.
Have you tried completely removing the device from the Device Manager, then restarting your PC to see if the installation goes smoothly?
Otherwise, you still have the option to buy a Micro-SD > SD or Micro-SD > USB adapter.
Another option, if you have a smartphone nearby that accepts Micro-SD, is to insert your Micro-SD card into it and connect the phone to the PC. -
no, it's not the same; mine doesn't have a USB port inside, but a female mini USB port...
regarding the adapter, I think I'm going to have to buy one.
I have indeed already tried uninstalling the device and restarting, but nothing works.
and regarding the phone, it recently died, so no >< ^^
thank you nonetheless for your help.

Hello, I had the same problem. I solved it with a cutter!
The microSD is right next to the mini USB in the pen. The connector on the cable was too thick and was pressing on the microSD, causing a bad contact.
I gave the male connector a little beveled cut so that it no longer pressed on the card, and it worked immediately.
Best regards
