Hello, I have misplaced the user manual for a universal remote control of the brand VISA ELECTRONICS model PH-9400. I am looking for the code to program a PHILIPS television and a PIONEER DVD recorder.

    I am looking for the code for my Viseelectronics remote control (Millennium line).

      no matter the brand of the TV, you open the bottom hatch, press the code button, and from there you have 5 seconds to enter the number 7777 while observing the lights: 2 blinks: good operation, 1 blink: need to redo
      then you point your remote at the device and press and hold the red standby button
      when your TV turns off, your code is stored, the same for the scope except you need to press play.

    This remote control, while labeled universal, is not designed for the Pioneer brand http://www.visaelectronics.com/idealfra.asp

    However, for your TV, by providing the model numbers you will directly receive the code.
