[Sims] Stuck on a mission.

Hello,

I am stuck on a mission. The title of my mission is "calling one's grandmother from a preteen while he is in the neighbor's town." When describing the mission below, it says: "describe to grandmother all the interesting places your preteen Sims have visited."
So here I am stuck on this mission; if anyone can help me, thank you.

Configuration: Windows 8 / Internet Explorer 10.0

    Coucou, I think you need to take your 9reado to the neighboring town, click on the phone, and call grandma who will be proposed.
