Recommended letter from Hadopi

Hello,
I have a simple question.
I received a registered letter from Hadopi warning me of my second warning.
But in the meantime, and especially on the day I received the letter, I downloaded something.
How does it work in this case?
Thank you.

Hi,

It's at the date of writing the letter or sending it, so you are in the wrong. The best thing to do when receiving a warning is to stop; now, we can only hope that you haven't been caught and that you can't download for a year. Otherwise, a complaint can be filed in court, but no more internet cut-off.

Thank you Guizmo, but it says that it's a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt! So normally it would be rather on the date of the signature, right?
Thank you

Personally, I received my second letter yesterday (I hadn't seen the first one). I don't download often, so it's kind of annoying to be tracked -_- . So I'm going to use a VPN and send a registered letter.
