bonjour,

voilà jai un pb avec internet, quand je fais des recherche ou quand je me connecte, il y a de sfenetre internet ou firefox qui s"ouvre et qui me bloquent dans mon travail.

j'ai pourtant un anti virus et un anti spyware qui ne m'affiche aucun pb.

quelqu'un peut il m'aider?

comment faire pour emecher ces fenetre de s'ouvrir et ainsi de les bloquer?

ce sont des fenêtre internet explorer ou firefox qui s'ouvre, de la pub de tout genre, promotion ou un site qui nous invite...

mais ce ne sont ps des pop up.

vous allez peut etre pas me croire mais je viens de passer plus de 2h a essayer de faire ce scane avec panda, car ces fameuses fen^^etres m'ont bloquer a plusieur reprise.. dc ce fut tre slong!!

suite aux conseils de Marie, je n'ai plus de fenêtre publicitaire qui apparaissent, mais j'ai renvoyé le rapport... estce qu'il faut que je fasse autre chose?

je n'aurais plus de risque a a voir ces fenêtres publicitaire?

Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique fsbl.exe
Clique sur "I ACCEPT" .
clique Scan puis Next<*gras>

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport,
sur ton Bureau, nommé <gras>fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename" de suite : nous devons analyser le rapport,
car des fichiers légitimes peuvent être présents, tel wbemtest.exe

Télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller (de Merijn) ici:
http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip
Créé un nouveau dossier directement à la racine de ton disque dur ou l'endroit qui te convient, nomme ce dossier BFU.
Décompresse le fichier téléchargé dans ce nouveau dossier (par exemple C:\BFU)

Ensuite, télécharge EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica) :

Fais un clik droit ici : http://metallica.geekstogo.com/EGDACCESS.bfu et choisis "Enregistrer la cible sous..." afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica). Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (C:\BFU). **Note : si tu utilises Internet Explorer ; lors de la sauvegarde, assure-toi que le champs "Type :" affiche "Tous les fichiers". Tu dois maintenant avoir deux fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

Lance "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (Dans le dossier C:\BFU)
- Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, et clique sur : EGDACCESS.bfu
- Coches la case Show log after script ends
- Clique sur Exécute pour que le fix fasse son boulot :-)

Attends que le message Complete script execution apparaisse et clique sur OK.
Un rapport va s'afficher dans la fenêtre du programme, copie et colle dans le bloc-notes, puis sauvegardes le, tu le posteras plus tard sur le forum.
Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

Ensuite, lance Black light en double cliquant sur blbeta.exe et accepte la licence.
Clique sur Scan pour lancer l'analyse.
Une fois faite, sélectionnes chaque fichiers trouvés et clic sur "RENAME"
Puis valide.
Réponds oui aux messages d'avertissements et te demandant si tu autorises le reboot du pc.

Après le reboot du pc, les fichiers :


c:\WINDOWS\system32\goffnfomvn.dat

devraient être visible et pouvoir être supprimés sans aucuns soucis.
Black light ne les supprimes pas, il les renomme simplement et il va falloir que tu les vires toi-même:
Va dans C:\windows\system32\ et recherches et effaces:

goffnfomvn.dat
goffnfomvn.exe
goffnfomvn_nav.dat
goffnfomvn_navps.dat



Une fois fait, reposte un rapport hijackthis et un nouveau rapport de blacklight.

bonjour,

c'est encore moi, voila, je n'ai plus de fenetre de pub qui s'ouvrent. cependant j'ai fait un scan avec mon anti-spyware et mon ordi a de nombreux trackingcookie que je supprime mais qui reviennent?

comment faire?

est ce que suite aux manipulationhier je dois continuer a faire quelque chose?

Relance HijackThis, choisis " do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clique en bas sur "fix checked"

Tu l'installes.
Lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour.
Patiente!
Lance AVG Anti-Spyware
Clique sur le bouton Analyse (de la barre d'outils)
Puis sur l'onglets Comment réagir, clique sur Actions recommandées.
Reviens à l'onglet Analyse. Clique sur Analyse complète du système.
/!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
choisis l'option " Appliquer toutes les actions " en bas.
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau.
Copie/colle le rapport

il doit être règlé sur Supprimer /comme ceci----->

télécharge ceci pour nettoyer ton PC (trés)facilement des cookies, tmp, ect..et ce à chaque fois que tu a été sur le NET...même deux minutes!
Sinon, tu vas accumuler un tas de trucs inutiles et parfois malsains dans ton PC.

Dans chaque onglet tu coches "select all" puis "Empty selected"

Il ne sert à rien si tu le configure de façon à entreprendre aucune action !
