    Hello, don't insist too much on politeness, we're not used to it.

    Solution 1:

    Turn off the printer
    Wait 10 minutes
    Turn the device back on.

    Solution 2:

    Open the top of the printer
    Locate the small flap holding the laser: gently force it to open and reposition the laser at the center.
    Unplug the printer for a few minutes
    Plug it back in and turn it on.

    Solution 3:

    Contact customer support
