Bonsoir,
J'ai rencontré un problème avec mon ordinateur portable windows 8, il était très lent et buguait très souvent alors j'ai décidé de le réinitialiser. L'ayant commencé à 14h, à 18h il est encore en train de m'afficher "redémarrage en cours" ca fait 4h... Et je ne sais pas quoi faire... Quelqu'un pourrait me dire ce que je dois faire?
