Parental control on Archos tablet

Hello,
my parents are going to give my sister an Archos tablet for Christmas, but it needs to have parental controls on it.
How can I ensure that the parental controls only apply to this tablet without blocking other mobile devices?

Parental control is accessible through all tablets via a parental control app (there are plenty on Google Play)

you just need to install it and configure it to limit the use of certain apps or certain times
