Hello, a number calls me about once a day and the number that causes me trouble is named "Restricted" and since it’s not a normal number, I hesitate to answer, and it keeps calling me. So please, if you know how to make it stop calling me, reply to me quickly; it’s starting to get annoying.

Hello.
Generally, this kind of "pain in the neck" hangs up before your phone switches to voicemail (about 10 rings).
Minimize the time it takes to switch to your voicemail.
After 2 to 3 rings, they'll end up on it, and the line usage will be charged to them.
And that, often, calms them down.
If you have their phone number, you can do some research.
But often you won't find anything solid.

try typing " nuisance number -plus the unwanted number-" into your search engines to see if it has already been reported; it's possible that it has already been flagged and you might find out who it belongs to.
