Hello,
I have a Freebox Revolution, and for several days now, when I launch the TV through Free, only a black screen appears. The television responds and recognizes the source, but all that shows up is a black screen, and nothing else.
The light on the TV box turns blue, everything seems normal. The Freeplugs are synchronized (green light).
I have tried unplugging both boxes (Freebox and TV box) and plugging them back in, I re-synchronized the Freeplugs, I even swapped them to see if any change would occur, and I attempted to plug the power socket (plugged into a surge protector) of the TV box into another socket on the same surge protector... Nothing works.
Do you have any advice?
Thank you in advance,
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 31.0.1650.57

Hello,
Do you have a black screen on all channels?
Have you checked your SCART or HDMI cable?
That could be the cause. If necessary, replace them.

I think he must have already checked, I did it and it doesn't work.

Thank you for your response, I do indeed think that the problem comes from the cable or the internal connections of the TV. Thank you for the advice, in any case!

Thank you for your responses, I also think that the problem indeed comes from the cables or even the internal connections of the TV. Thanks again!
