Hello, I received an AKAI ATE-22S001K TV, I can't set it up because it asks for a password, the person who had it before assures me they never set one. How can I reset the TV without the code? I've already tried 0000, 1234, 1111... but nothing works, thanks to anyone who can help.

    Contact an Akaï dealer armed with the appropriate documents (original purchase invoice provided by the seller...)

    Do you "know" the seller "well"?.... because:

    Televisions protected by a password.... are often "escaped" without their knowledge... from a hotel, a hospital, etc...

    Thank you Xileh, yes, it's my aunt who bought it and now she has changed it because it has a defective pixel, so she's giving me this one. However, I don't know if she still has the purchase receipt....
