BBox and Freeplug

Hello,

I just switched to Bouygues Telecom from Free. I've kept the Freeplugs (a promotional gesture from Free) to connect my box to my TV box.

However, I am encountering a problem; both CPLs are properly connected to the two boxes, which can power on (so there’s no power issue), and they are synchronized with the green button on both. The problem is that when I check the TV, it does not receive an internet signal. When I test it on my computer, it detects a signal but cannot connect to the internet.

I would like to know what the issue might be and if they are compatible with the BBox Sensation. It should be noted that it cannot be an electrical network disturbance since both boxes are connected exactly the same way as with the Freebox.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Uh, I don’t think there’s any compatibility issue between the freeplugs and the bbox.

I think what she’s seeing is just a network cable, the one from the powerline adapter, but she doesn’t differentiate.

Otherwise, I used to have a classic freeplug and a bewan powerline adapter connected to my bbox, and apart from the issues related to the sensation bbox, it worked perfectly.

For your powerline adapters, did you redo the reassociation when you changed your box?
