HELP! Comment supprimer le virus Trojan.Sirefef.YS ?!

Bonjour,

J'ai besoins d'aide, hier mon ordinateur Alienware 17 (Windows 7) protéger par l'antivirus bitdefender Total Security 2014 à été infecter par le virus Trojan.Sirefef.YS.
Je suis novice en informatique et je ne sais pas du tout quoi faire, je vais essayer de vous expliquer la situation.

Bitdefender m'alerte que mon ordinateur est infecter, après un scan de plus d'une heure il me dit que le nom du virus est Trojan.Sirefef.YS et qu'il se trouve dans le dossier :

C:\\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini

Le problème c'est qu'il ne peut pas le supprimer, il me dit a chaque fois «echec de la suppression».

La première chose que j'ai constater c'est que je n'avais plus de connexion internet !
Ensuite des ralentissement, et maintenant mon antivirus s'affole toute les 2 seconde en me disant que mon ordinateur est infecter par les virus suivant :

Trojan.Sirefef.HK
Trojan.Generic.9654265
Gen :Trojan.Heur.Sirefef.1
Trojan.Sirefef.GY

J'ai l'impression que le premier virus Trojan.Sirefef.YS se démultiplie et installe d'autre virus, j'ai donc désactiver ma carte réseau.

Ce qui m'étonne qu'il n'y a rien sur internet qui parle de ce fameux «Trojan.Sirefef.YS»...

J'ai beaucoup de travail a faire ce week-end et j'ai beaucoup de logiciel de la suite adobe installer sur cette ordinateur, j'ai donc pas très envie de reformater...

Quelqu'un aurait une solution ? ou quelqu'un d'autre aurait infecter par ce truc ?
J'attend vos réponses et je suis prêt à vous donner toutes infos qu'il vous faut pour m'aider !

    Salut,

    Tu es infecté par ZeroAccess qui bloque les téléchargements.
    Tu peux suivre la manip suivante pour débloquer les téléchargements sur Firefox : https://www.malekal.com/sirefef-impossible-de-telecharger-sur-internet-explorer/

    Si tu n'as pas Firefox, tu es alors obligé de télécharger RogueKiller depuis un autre PC et le transférer par clef USB sur le PC infecté.

    [*] Télécharger sur le bureau https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=29444&start= (suivre le lien officiel)
    [*] !!! ATTENTION !! Sur la page de RogueKiller - "Prendre Lien de téléchargement" - avec les cercles violets. En cliquant sur ces cercles le programme se télécharge.
    [*] Quitter tous les programmes
    [*] Lancer RogueKiller.exe.
    [*] Attendre que le Prescan ait fini ...
    [*] Lance un scan afin de débloquer le bouton Suppression à droite.
    [*] Clic sur Suppression.
    [*] Copie/colle le contenu du rapport ici.

    !!! Je répète bien faire Suppression à droite et poster le rapport. !!!

    Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte MBAR : https://www.malekal.com/malwarebytes-anti-rootkit-mbar-beta/
    Mets le à jour, fais un scan rapide, supprime tout et poste le rapport ici.
    Enregistre le rapport sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com

    Dis moi le virus n'est plus détecter par Bitdefender, pourtant je n'ai toujours plus d'accès réseau ? Tu sais d'ou ça viens ?

    Et en postant tous ces rapports et ces informations sur internet quelqu'un ne pourrait pas s'en servir pour hacker mon ordinateur? Même si il n'y a que du travail scolaire ça serait chiant ! ?

    Menu Démarrer => Tous les programmes et Accessoires.
    Sur L'invite de commandes, faire un clic droit et "executer en tant qu'administrateur

    La fenêtre invite de commandes est lancée (fenêtre avec fond noir)
    Tape (sans faute!) :
    ipconfig /all > %TEMP%\testcnx.txt puis appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier
    ping www.google.fr >> %TEMP%\testcnx.txt puis appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier
    ping 173.194.66.94 >> %TEMP%\testcnx.txt puis appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier
    Ferme l'invite de commandes.

    Menu Démarrer (executer pour Windows XP) et tape %TEMP% et OK
    Cherche testcnx.txt
    Copie/colle le contenu entier ici dans un nouveau message.

    Transfert le fichier par clef USB.

    Comment être sûr que le virus est bien parti ?? Je peux refaire un scan ?

    Ensuite je compte réinstaller Bitdefender (que j'ai désinstaller carrément) et supprimer Roguekiller, mbar, et ServicesRepair,
    c'est bon ?

    oui,

    pour terminer :

    Suis ce tutorial https://www.malekal.com/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/?t=33839&start= AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.
    Vas sur le lien, télécharge AdwCleaner comme indiqué.
    Lance AdwCleaner, clique sur [Scanner].
    Le scan peux durer plusieurs minutes, patienter.
    Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur [Nettoyer]

    Change tes mots de passe WEB (Facebook, etc) et Sécurise ton PC - surtout désactive bien java de tes navigateurs WEB !

    Important - ton infection est venue par un exploit sur site web :

    Un exploit sur site WEB permet l'infection de ton ordinateur de manière automatiquement à la visite d'un site WEB qui a été hacké, il tire partie du fait que tu as des logiciels (Java, Adobe Reader etc) qui sont pas à jour et possèdent des vulnérabilités qui permettent l'execution de code (malicieux dans notre cas) à ton insu.
    Le fait de ne pas avoir des logiciels à jour et qui ont potentiellement des vulnérabilités permettent donc d'infecter ton système.
    Exemple avec : Exploit Java

    Il faut donc impérativement maintenir tes logiciels à jour afin de ne pas voir ces portes d'entrée sur ton système.
    Tant que ces logiciels ne seront pas à jour, ton PC est vulnérable et les infections peuvent s'installer facilement.

    IMPORTANT : mettre à jour tes programmes notamment Java/Adobe Reader et Flash :

    D'après les rapports que je t'ai envoyer il ont bien été supprimer ? Pour moi c'est du charabia!
    Tu penses que ma clé usb est infecter ou il n'y a aucun risque ?

    En tout cas merci beaucoup visiblement tout est rentré dans l'ordre :D
