Redirection issue from fnac.com to Paypal

Hello,
I want to buy a manga on Fnac, but when I select the payment method (I go to the Paypal tab), I click on the Paypal logo but the site does not redirect me; it just refreshes the page.
I have already tried to start over by emptying my cart, I attempted to place the order on Chrome and Firefox, to no avail (of course, Internet Explorer crashed right from the start, so I didn’t even try that one) and the customer service doesn’t know where the problem comes from (at least that’s what they told me).
Does anyone have a solution?
