Hello,I bought a PS Vita mega pack with 10 downloadable games, I downloaded them on a PSN account that is under 18 and I have 15 games. Anyway, on Little Big Planet, I can't play with other users' levels, and I can't use Party and Near, which is quite frustrating. Please reply to me as soon as possible.P.S.: I downloaded the games on a memory card and the account as well, so formatting the console won't help.Thank you in advance.

What should we put in the signup because if I have to re-enter this account information (email address for example) it tells me that I already have an account and that I need to log in with that account. I also have this problem and I want to find a solution!

you need to go to settings, then to PSN, then click on sign out. After that, on your computer, enter this URL: https://status.playstation.com/
then on the page at the top there is -Sign up- you sign up and be careful not to make a mistake with your date of birth.
