Voila, j'ai eu un bug avec mon ordinateur récemment, je pense a cause de plusieurs virus. Windows a automatiquement fait une renovation a un point antérieur, maintenant il me dit que je dois activer windows mais quand je veux le réactiver, il m'affiche un message d'erreur qui me dit qu'un ficher " [..]genuineCente " est manquant. Je ne sais plus quoi faire, je m'arrache les cheveux avec cet ordinateur. J'aimerai juste le réinitialiser et réinstaller windows. J'ai achete mon ordinateur seulement il ya huit mois.

Pleaaaase aidez moi.

Une restauration système après une suspicion d’infection par des virus a généré une demande d’activation et un message d’erreur signalant le fichier manquant « [..]genuineCente », avec l’objectif de réinitialiser et réinstaller Windows. Plusieurs éléments indiquent que Windows ne supprime pas les virus via une restauration et que celle-ci peut masquer le problème; une désinfection du système avec un antivirus est préconisée avant réinitialisation. En cas de persistance, il faut éviter la restauration comme solution d’activation bloquée et privilégier le nettoyage, la sauvegarde des données et la création de points de restauration. Des indices utiles suggèrent aussi de vérifier la garantie et de contacter le support constructeur si le nettoyage échoue, afin d’éviter de nouvelles réinfections.

    Bonjour.
    Windows ne fait pas automatiquement fait une rénovation a un point antérieur, ne demande pas l'activation après une restauration du système a un point antérieur.
    Le problème sont les virus sur ton pc, et une restauration a un point antérieur ne supprime pas les virus.
    Il faut commencer par désinfecter ton pc.

      en bas de la page ZHP avec un numéro de version.

      Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

      Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ; Seven ou Windows 8 clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »

      Dans la fenêtre ZHPDiag qui vient de s'ouvrir, clique sur "Configurer"

      Clique sur la loupe en bas à gauche avec le signe moins pour lancer l'analyse.

      Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

      Un rapport s'ouvre. Ce rapport se trouve également sur ton bureau

      Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien:

            Télécharge SEAF.exe de C_XX a cette adresse :
            http://general-changelog-team.fr/telechargements/logiciels/viewdownload/83-outils-de-cxx/52-seaf

            *Double clique sur SEAF.exe ou clic droit ("exécuter en tant qu'administrateur pour vista ou seven) .

            *Une fenêtre va s'ouvrir.

            Dans les options, règle "Calculer le checksum" sur "MD5" puis coche "Informations supplémentaires" et "Chercher également dans le Registre".

            *Tape : oledlg.dll

            Il y a un point virgule entre chaque terme.
            et ensuite tu cliques sur le bouton "Lancer la recherche" .

            *Patiente pendant la recherche.

            *Une fenêtre avec un log .txt va s'afficher.

            *Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

                On passe à autre chose.

                Attention !!! : Seuls ces liens sont officiels ne pas télécharger l'outil sur d'autres liens !!
                Attention !!! : cet outil peut être détecté à tort comme virus
                Attention !!! : cet outil est puissant suivre scrupuleusement les instructions ci-dessous

                tous les processus "non vitaux de windows" vont être coupés , enregistre ton travail. Il y aura une extinction du bureau pendant le scan --> pas de panique.

                Désactive toutes tes protections si possible , antivirus , sandbox , pare-feux , etc....: https://forum.pcastuces.com/default.asp

                télécharge et enregistre Pre_Scan sur ton bureau :

                http://www.archive-host.com (renommé winlogon)

                si l'outil est relancé plusieurs fois , il te proposera un menu et qu'aucune option n'est demandée, lance l'option "Scan|Kill"

                si l'outil est bloqué par l'infection utilise cette version avec ces autres extensions :

                si l'outil détecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"

                Il se peut que des fenêtres noires clignotent , laisse-le travailler.

                l'outil va envoyer sur un serveur les virus qu'il a mis en quarantaine afin que je puisse l'améliorer et étudier ces infections plus en profondeur.

                Laisse l'outil redémarrer ton pc.

                Poste Pre_Scan_la_date_et_l'heure.txt qui apparaitra à la racine de ton disque système ( généralement C:\ )

                NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM !!! (il est trop long)

                Héberge le rapport sur https://www.cjoint.com/ puis donne le lien obtenu
