Hello,

I would like to know if I can play with an Xbox controller on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on PC Windows 7.

No, you can only use the games labeled as compatible with the Xbox 360 controller on Steam. For Call of Duty, there is only BO2, but not MW3. Otherwise, you can always install software for the controller, but it's very difficult to configure it :)
