Problem reading digital newspapers Solved

Question

Hello,  Following an online subscription, I am unable to open and browse my digital newspapers. This reading is possible from another computer. What could be the issue on my main computer??? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Re- .........  I disabled the anti-spam and the firewall of the antivirus for 10 minutes and tried again ............ SAME The problem was solved by switching browsers .............. to open these digital logs, I use Google Chrome instead of Mozilla.  A big thank you, Raymond, for your help.  Best wishes.

Hello,   I'm using Google Chrome instead of Mozilla.  If you had specified a bit about your reading methods, you would have had a very simple solution. Indeed, during the last updates, Firefox introduced PDF reading in the tab. On some sites, reading is difficult, and this is indicated with a button at the top right to use another reader. Good evening gbinforme,  I suspect that this should be possible with Mozilla, which is my usual browser, and until now, my digital purchases on another site have not posed any issues with it. (It works for my brother with Mozilla) This other site is more financially appealing to me. I manage as best I can, but I'm not a whiz at computers. Mozilla - Windows 8 in normal use. So if you could give me a bit more detail on the steps to follow ............ I would gladly appreciate it, no problem. Thank you in advance.

Good evening,  If you're having trouble with Mozilla reading your PDFs, it works for many but some have features that are poorly displayed in the tab, such as this one  In this case, Firefox shows you a button at the top right:   Click on the button and you'll get a window where you can choose another program to open your PDFs by selecting "open with" and checking "always...".  In the programs, you have Adobe Reader, which is often present but quite heavy. Personally, I use pdf-xchange-viewer that you can easily download and install: it's lightweight and fairly intuitive to use.  After that, all your PDFs will be opened with this software, and you shouldn't be blocked anymore. --  Always zen Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.
