How to unsubscribe from Milanoo

Hello everyone! I registered, much to my regret, on this site and I placed my first order. They sent me an email asking me to send them a scan of my credit card as well as an ID to verify if my account hasn’t been hacked and to avoid being a victim of fraud. I’m starting to worry a lot because they have my banking details and I would like to unsubscribe from this site, but I can’t find a link to do so on the webpage!! HELP PLEASE

    First, you need to urgently notify your bank
    because you have done two things that should never be done under any circumstances

    It's a pure and simple scam that can lead you very far
    both in civil matters and in banking accounts

      Hello,
      I would also like to unsubscribe from Melanoo (which I think suits its name perfectly...).
      The first product I purchased, a vest, is not the right size at all...
      Moreover, I receive almost an email a day from them...
      It's impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list as well as to delete the account on the site!!!
      Does anyone have a solution?

      I see that I'm not the only one who got scammed!! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in size 37 and only received size 36!! I can't tell you my disappointment!! And the scam!! 134€!! I want to unsubscribe but, like you, I haven't been able to do it!! They keep harassing me with emails! And I can't find any recourse!!

      I managed to sign up for the newsletter: as soon as you receive an email, you need to click on a link at the bottom, but it's impossible to delete my account...
