WoW - "Connection server stopped"

Hello everyone!
I am currently playing World Of Warcraft on a private server in 4.3.4 on Windows 8.
Usually, I connect very easily, but during the week and sometimes on weekends, I am in university housing, my connection is not extraordinary but still good (I managed to play with a much worse connection). I've been on quite a few forums, it’s not a realmlist issue, but maybe a firewall problem from what I understood...
Anyway, whatever the problem is, do you have a solution so that I can connect?

    Make sure first that it’s not your server that is down :) !
    Then, if that’s not the case, maybe you are not on the right game update,

    and if it really is, as they say, a firewall issue, try disabling it and connecting to see if it works.

      Same problem for me, everything is fine, the server, the reamlist, firewall, Avast, updates... and it still says "server connection stopped..."
