Bonjour les amis, je voudrais changer de processeur sur mon ancien PC mais je ne l'ai jamais fais, alors j'aimerais que vous m'expliquiez comment le changer et par quoi le remplacer. Voici le rapport d'evrest :

Bonjour Saint-Seiya
Pour changer un processeur, il faut identifier correctement le socket et le chipset de ta carte-mère. Le socket est l'endroit sur lequel repose un processeur; le chipset correspond à une puce située sur ta carte-mère qui intègre la gestion par celle-ci de différents types de processeurs. Tu peux généralement obtenir ces informations dans le manuel de la carte-mère ou, dans le cas des ordinateurs montés en série (Dell, HP, Compaq, etc), dans le manuel fourni avec l'ordinateur. Sinon, tu peux obtenir ces informations en téléchargeant un logiciel tel Everest qui permet d'identifier les composantes d'un ordinateur. Il sera aussi pertinent d'ouvrir le panneau latéral droit du boitier pour identifier la puissance de l'alimentation (en watts). Reviens nous avec ces informations pour plus de détails.

Peux tu m'expliquer en détail pour le bios?
Et j'ai déjà un bon ordi (un p4) mais je voulais quand même refaire celui-là qui a dans les 9 ans.
Alors quelle type de processeur utiliser? Comment l'installer?

Non mais tu ne pourras plus trouver de composnats neuf pour ton ancienne tour et en informatique il est bien connu que au bout d'un certain age (5-6-7 ans) il ne faut plus mettre de sou dans une machine car tu perds ton argent...
