Audacity: unable to open the MP3 encoding library

Hello,
I cut a song and now I want to export it as mp3, but it says: unable to open the mp3 encoding library.
And if I want to export it as wav, it says: WAV file writing error (disk full?).

Thank you.

    Hello
1 You don't have the codec, you need to add the LAME codec to Audacity
2 It's because the WAV file is large and your HDD doesn't have the space.
Do you have the latest version of Audacity?

    Hello,
while researching your question, I realized that it was more complex than it seemed!

What is your version of Audacity, what is your OS 32/64 bit important!

    ???

My questions are about the "difference" between these 2 links:

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity/?s=install&i=lame-mp3&lang=fr

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/audio-musique/13535-lame-mp3-for-audacity/

A detailed question, a precise answer! ☼► If the question is resolved, check the desired option. Keep your software up to date! and... Thank you is not a luxury ♪♫.

What's strange is that CCM is ahead of the official Audacity site lol
      3.99.5
      versus 3.99.3 lol

but where there's a twist is that if you use the old Audacity, the LAME codec isn't the same.

but these versions, I don't think the codec is different, but it seems like there’s an issue with the info on CCM! They don’t have the same size
personally, I would stick to the official site.
but it would be good to understand and fix if there’s a problem with the CCM download.

      Okay, you're right ^^
      But I can't find it in 64-bit Audacity! Apparently, there's only 32-bit.

There is a problem, I think...
For me, it is installed and I can't find a 64bit version for Audacity, and for LAME, I don’t have it in the program
      but in C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity\

and besides, it says it’s a dll, but that’s the old one, the new one is an exe. I’m checking, I have the installations on my PC...

Don’t you think there are errors?
