I've had the same issue... you need to install Flash for Internet Explorer even if you're using another browser.

Well there dudule520, you're a champ, I would kiss you on both ears, this thing has been pissing me off for hours and I've been following the instructions of those who clearly don't know what they're talking about because they haven't had this problem. Hello, try this:

Start then Computer (My Computer for XP) then Your hard drive then SYSTEM32/Macromed/Flash/ and open this file: NPSWF32_FlashUtil, which will update the flash for your inbox. Restart your PC and let me know =D

Good evening, I went into my photos, selected about ten of them, sent them to the recipient as if my IncrediMail was working, telling me that another messaging service would be offered, and there, miracle, I read "IncrediMail is installing Flash," so no more error message giving me a hard time, and I finally found my favorite messaging service, by chance. Hello,

Can someone help us???? I have exactly the same problem as you, uninstalling and reinstalling Flash. The same goes for Incredimail and I get the same error message saying that my Flash must finish installing?!?!?!!

Yet my Flash works perfectly!!!

I followed the suggestion mentioned above but, like Phil, it leads to uninstalling Flash

I found the solution and it works like a charm :D

You need to install the ActiveX flash, either this file >>>>>install_flash_player_ax.exe<<<<<<

Once installed, it works. Do a search on the computer to find it :)

I confirm that even in 2015 on version 2.5 of Incredimail, the problem is the same.
You must install a version of Flash Player in AX for Active X.
This means you need to search for and install a version specific to Internet Explorer, which is the only one that manages Active X.

I uninstalled IncrediMail and then reinstalled... still the same message...
