Worm.Alcra.F

Bonjour.

Depuis qlqs jours, ma souris est très "capricieuse" et ma barre d'outils s'est retrouvée en haut de mon écran et je n'arrive pas à la redescendre.
J'ai fait une recherche de virus avec Avast, mais il ne me trouve rien.
Avec Spyware Doctor, j'aurais 9 fichiers infectés dans Outlook par Worm.Alcra.F.
J'ai fait un Hijackthis et voici le rapport.
