Yellow color on TV with livebox

Hello
We have the Livebox TV, but for the past two days the color dominance has been yellow. I've checked all the connections, but nothing has worked. Could you please help me? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hey there!

Does this happen to you only with the Livebox, or also on all regular TV channels?
If it only happens with the Livebox, it's likely a cable issue between the Livebox decoder and your TV; if it happens on all channels, it's likely a TV problem (in the case of a tube TV, probably the blue gun that is dead).

THANK YOU after more than 8 years! I was struggling with this yellow screen for a week: online troubleshooting with the Orange tutorial was ineffective, phone wait times were too long, plugging and unplugging but I hadn’t thought of the SCART socket! I'm so happy, I decided to sign up on Comment ça marche to thank you!

Hello, we have had the Livebox for 8 months and right now the TV is losing its color and everything is in black and white (and gray of course). Each time we have to unplug it and plug it back in, but that takes too much time.
What should we do?

same problem with color and black and white, nothing to do but change to a more complete and cheaper supplier with less hassle

Thank you for getting back to me. It's strange because this issue happens only when we turn on the Livebox; everything was working perfectly two days ago.

thank you very very very very much I'll never say it enough I had checked the connections but not the one for the scart cable of the TV so I blew into it and reconnected everything and it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh how relieved I am because calling the technical support is way too expensive!!!
